Sim Racing provides a controlled and safe virtual environment to assess and develop skills linked to the business environment. Its use in development minimises the risk associated with, for example, the working style of profiles that are not well adapted to high-pressure environments or developing awareness of habits acquired over time. It replicates and simulates high-stress situations, allowing the assessment of decision-making under pressure and the emotional management of participants in these environments, as well as their capacity for self-confidence and teamwork.
Working with a simulator has a great advantage. The participant can repeat the tests over and over again at an individual or team level and receive immediate feedback on their performance. There is no doubt that this facilitates learning and continuous improvement, and this is expressed by the participants themselves, who are aware of how the experience and the feedback received by consultants and other participants allows them to transfer the lessons learned to their day-to-day.
