A Programme to develop digital skills in financial organisations, aimed at pre-managers and talented managers. The sequence of the program is to first identify their digital competencies profile through an on-line questionnaire, then to experience their implementation in a 100% digital environment like eSports, and finally to promote their application on a daily basis through a development plan with individual support.
