A new commercial strategy brings with it a climate of disruption and change, which requires the Area managers of a brewery company to give the best of themselves as leaders and drive the necessary transformation of their teams. Through eSports, we recreate a disruptive situation, where knowledge is scarce. This allows the AMs to become aware of the different emotional responses they experience and what is important for their team, as well as to discover their strengths and weaknesses as a team in the face of the challenge.
