With the desire to enhance the role of its people managers and engage them in continuous development, company in the diagnostics sector implements a route to develop leadership skills with which to drive the achievement of upcoming business challenges in a complex and changing environment. To this end, a 9-month “Training Expedition” has been designed, in which guidelines are provided to know how to manage emotions in the face of the difficulties and events inherent to their positions. They learn the tools to identify their strengths and select their crew, as well as managing and developing their talent in order to create high performance teams.
